Meet the team
The Windon Family
After a life-changing encounter with Jesus that brought Lloyd back from the brink of death, the Windons have dedicated their lives to preaching the Gospel with signs and wonders following. Lloyd is an ordained minister with over a decade of kingdom ministry experience, having witnessed miraculous healings, deliverances, and resurrections. His background as a Sheriff's Deputy provides unique perspective and compassion for those experiencing trauma.
Following her transformative mission trip at age 24, Haley answered the call to serve God's people in the nations, ministering to the poor, victims of sex trafficking, and bringing healing through prayer. Together with their sons Titus and Luke, Lloyd and Haley travel the world preaching the Gospel of the kingdom—from church pulpits and conferences to serving the homeless and ministering on foreign mission fields.
Having overcome tremendous personal loss through God's grace, their lives testify that nothing can separate us from the love of God. The Windons are passionate about seeing the kingdoms of this world become the kingdom of our God.
The Owen Family
Married in 2012, Daniel and Teodora Owen relocated to Romania in spring 2022 with their three daughters. Daniel previously served as Director of Photography at Los Alamos National Laboratory and as an adjunct professor at Ohio University's School of Visual Communication, teaching photojournalism. His journalism career took him worldwide, covering U.S. presidential elections, environmental stories, and historical subjects including Auschwitz survivors. Teodora is an accomplished concert pianist and educator who has performed at prestigious venues from the United Nations Summit in Washington D.C. to The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship in London.
Though both were raised in church—Daniel in Ohio and Teodora in Romania—each felt something was missing in their faith journey. At eighteen, Daniel began intensive Biblical study focused on the historical, linguistic, and cultural contexts of Ancient Israel and first-century Judea. This pursuit connected him with scholars, rabbis, and Bible teachers who shaped his understanding of God's character and expectations.
Now based in Oradea, Romania, the Owens operate a home church and minister to diverse communities including local Jewish families, impoverished Roma, and those struggling with faith. Daniel authors content for The Michael S. Heiser Foundation, recently completed a book on the Ten Commandments, and hosts the weekly podcast "The Lens Deconstructed."
The family maintains close relationships with Jewish communities throughout Romania and beyond, sharing their faith while respecting the sensitivity of their ministry by not posting about it on social media.
The Field Family
Since both being saved in 1999, Ashley and Rosalyne Field have dedicated their lives to preaching the Gospel on the streets and around the world. As ordained ministers, they have pastored churches and planted over 50 congregations across Australia, Mozambique, and South Africa while raising their four children.
The Fields are founders of Liberty Missions and serve as directors of a missions base for Iris Global. Their ministry has taken them from preaching in Australian movie theaters to confronting powerful spiritual opposition in Mozambique, from loving homeless communities in Northern Australia to facing danger in Africa. Through it all, they have witnessed extraordinary miracles—blind eyes opened, deaf ears healed, the lame walking—as they preach the Gospel to thousands.
Their heart's cry echoes Paul's declaration: "Woe is unto me if I preach not the Gospel of Christ!" The Fields are adamant that they are ordinary people serving an extraordinary God, attributing every testimony and miracle to God's power and grace, and their simple obedience to His voice.
Their passion extends beyond personal ministry to equipping and mobilizing the entire body of Christ. They boldly proclaim that this life of miracles and God's power is available to every believer and should be pursued by all Christians. Their ultimate goal is to see the Church equipped by God's love and power to bring in the harvest before the Lord's return.
The Field family demonstrates that no person is too far from God's love, and there's nowhere He won't send His people to reach precious souls.
